ioBroker BackItUp App was blocked

We have had the option of saving backups to Google Drive in our backup system for many years. In 2019, the ioBroker BackItUp app was created for access with the API.

The app has been tested and approved by Google. Now the app has been blocked by Google for several weeks and we don't know the reason.

What can we do to get the app unblocked? We have over 70,000 users and you can imagine what a huge mess and support effort this is right now.
