Add http website restrictions to an existing token(credentials)

Hello,

I am wondering if there are any APIs that can add HTTP website restrictions to an existing token and etc. This is strongly needed because we have a lot of CMS site generation and every time we add a website (eg: .some.site.example.com/) manually.

I think this question of an automation of Google Cloud Console Project settings.

Maybe Cloud SDK can do that?
