Disable "Deployments" section in this repo's home page

This repository's home page has a "Deplyments" section on the right-hand-side, which shows up as having a failed status and which links to deployment done with the GitHub mechanisms quite a while ago before we switched to release-please. We should disable/hide that section from showing up to avoid confusion.
