Audit ReadTheDocs documentation for accuracy
We should do a brief audit of our ReadTheDocs documentation to ensure the information there is still accurate and up to date. Most of the files have not been touched in a while.
As someone new to using the project, but very excited to use it (Please save us from default protoc generated python code), what is the most reasonable path for learning to use it if the RTD docs are of questionable value?
