Update AppLovinPostProcessBuild.cs

Using UnityEditor.iOS.Xcode in windows editor cause an error. Post process function can be striped on Windows, because build for ios should only be done thru OSX i think.

  • The email used to register you as an authorized contributor must be the email used for the Git commit. Check your existing CLA data and verify that your email is set on your git commits.
  • The email used to register you as an authorized contributor must also be attached to your GitHub account.

Hi, if you're still interested in submitting this, let's change to match this code where we just check if UNITY_IOS is defined. It's more direct and meaningful.
