Players unable to close the Rewarded AD on specific devices.

Environment

• Unity version: 2022.310f1
• Google Mobile Ads Unity plugin version: 8.5.2
• Platform: Android
• Platform OS version: Android OS 13 / API-33 (TP1A.220624.014/G781VSQSBHWI1)
• Any specific devices issue occurs on: Samsung SM-G781V
• Mediation ad networks used, and their versions: Applovin, Meta, IronSource, Unity

Problem

Some players report that they cannot close the rewarded ad and get the reward because the close button is not working.

Steps to reproduce:

I was unable to reproduce the issue because I don't have that specific device, in case if you want to investigate deeper I can provide the player's advertising ID and approximate issue timestamp.

Thank you for reporting this. This looks like a creative issue to me, and we would need to get some additional information to under stand this. Can you open up a support request on the Google support group so that we can involve the right Google team?
