Problem with iOS EU Dialog when debugGeoLocation

Even if the flags are set as:

form.shouldOfferPersonalizedAds = YES;
form.shouldOfferNonPersonalizedAds = YES;
form.shouldOfferAdFree = YES;

only see two buttons in dialog, less relevant Ads and Ads free is this correct or something is missing?

@FVivolo do you have more than 12 ad technology providers configured for your ad placement?
