Is there anyone got the latest 6.1M video ids?

The website said it has 6.1M video id, but I only got about 3.6M unique video ids. Is this expected or is there another update? I got video ids through this way: https://github.com/gsssrao/youtube-8m-videos-frames/issues/2#issuecomment-392015288

Please tell me how to get the latest video ids correct way. Thanks.
