Feat: support HTTPS

We need to support HTTPS for better security.

Currently blocked on

  • [ ] generate a SSL certificate
  • [ ] migrating WMF local instance to support HTTPS provided a certificate
  • [ ] Update with WMF Oauth Extension team to update the callback URL
