Support for dynamic coordinate in weather-mv bq - currently hardcoded as 'latitude' & 'longitude'

Current in weather-mv bq, we have hardcoded vector coordinates as 'latitude' and 'longitude'.

Ideally this should depend on the data -- it can be 'lat' and 'lon' or 'x' and 'y'. Please make the necessary code changes to support it.
