Add progress for downloading output from the UI

When downloading a Request output, which typically is large in size and can take a few minutes, it's difficult to know that the first click to download worked since you get no notification that the download is happening and is in progress.

Add some way to track the download progress of a Request output. This is less of a problem for Task output as typically much smaller in size/downloads pretty quickly.
