Change behavior of when timelines are removed from a sketch

When a timeline is removed from a sketch the behavior should be:

• Check if the timeline belongs to another sketch
• If no then the timeline should be archived/closed
• When adding a timeline to a sketch from the list of timelines, check if it is closed/archived
  • Open it/unarchive it when adding it to the sketch

This would prevent orphaned timelines from taking up resources, with open indexes.
