Add a TOC to the stories

It would be nice to add a TOC ( Table of Content) to stories. This could be an optional radio button or something, that would toggle. a TOC to appear on the side.

It would read the headings (#, ##, ###, etc) from the markdown and construct a TOC, which would need to be clickable (which would also mean that there needs to be anchors in the story to follow a link)
