syzbot: bump fuzzed LTS versions

Currently, the 5.15 and 6.1 LTS are continuously fuzzed by syzbot but these are getting quite old. The 6.6 and 6.12 LTS might make more sense to fuzz. See https://kernel.org/ for current LTS

This could be done in addition to the existing LTS fuzzing instances or as a replacement for those.
