Feature: dev dashboard

When writing new descriptions, it's hard to understand where to start by looking at the coverage dashboard.

It would be nice to have a "/dev dashboard" that would show the table containing the contents of /dev/ on the VMs for a particular manager together with the number of programs using (i.e. opening) the corresponding devices.

This might give the users better understanding of which descriptions need to be added/improved.
