google-c-style doesn't work in "android mode"

It seems to me that google-c-lineup-expression-plus-4 should not be "plus 4 spaces" but rather "plus c-basic-offset * 2". If you use the style checker with the "--android" flag, it insists on 8 spaces (since the basic offset is 4 instead of 2).
