GitHub IO hosting failure: website stops loading

The website is unusable after basic browsing to find a single cell. Cloudflare keeps checking if I'm a human and when I "prove" I am, it gradually stops loading assets. In the network view of my browser I'm seeing 429 error responses, corresponding to rate limiting. My user agent:

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:132.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/132.0
