sky130osu pdks have drc problem

Expected Behavior

N-tap and P-tap minimum area > 0.07011um^2

Actual Behavior

N-tap and P-tap minimum area = 0.41 * 0.17 = 0.0697um^s Screenshot 2023-03-31 at 3 56 05 PM

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

run magic drc (run_drc.sh) on any gds files in sky130osu pdk.

Specifications

  • Version: most recent version from https://foss-eda-tools.googlesource.com/skywater-pdk/libs/
  • open_pdks.sky130a Version: 1.0.399-0-g63dbde9
