Bug Description

The AS widgets notification continue to appear under admin settings even after the feature has been disabled.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Primary admi share analytics and other modules with other admins.
  2. Login as secondary admin.
  3. Disable the feature under settings.
  4. Notice will not disappear even after disabling the feature.
  5. Clicking on 'Show me' will navigate user to main dashboard.
