`ConnectAnalyticsCTAWidget` graphics is not loading in IOS browsers

Bug Description

Discovered by @kelvinballoo while QA'ing #8156 and verified by myself, the graphics for this widget is not loading in any IOS browsers (I've tested Safari, Chrome IOS and Firefox IOS, in IOS they all use the webkit rendering engine). My guess is this is due to the flexbox implementation being slightly different on WebKit, but not entirely sure. This needs to be investigated and fixed.

Steps to reproduce

Follow the QAB on #8156 in any IOS browser.

Note that as discussed in #9983, we are probably going to remove the Connect Analytics CTA from the codebase. If so, we can close this issue.
