E2E migration to Playwright

Feature Description

WordPress itself migrated its Gutenberg E2E tests to Playwright. This means that E2E tooling for Puppeteer is deprecated. We should consider a similar migration to benefit from updated WP E2E tooling and improve the reliability of the suite at the same time.

This ticket itself will be the final wrap-up ticket to remove Puppeteer when all tests are migrated. Sub-issues will be used to setup and migrate tests.

  • All Puppeteer tests and related infrastructure should be removed
