I beg to differ, doing data collection without people's consent or permission is by definition proof one is not a good company.
Besides, they are a corporation.
Just also another heads up, buying a product signing a EULA doesn't qualify as consent in my definition because, there are endless amounts of lawyer speak in such agreements. Most people don't know what half of it means and know to what scope their information will be used against you, including illegally.
