Recaptcha.net is now blocked in China

My organization received a report from a user that ReCaptcha is no longer appearing on the page. We checked and the user is based in China, and according to https://www.comparitech.com/privacy-security-tools/blockedinchina/ recaptcha.net is now blocked across all checked regions of China.

I'm not fully sure if our plugin uses this lib as a base, but this is the best I could do to report the issue as discovered.

Some of my users have also encountered problems that they cannot access recaptcha.net.

Currently it seems to be not blocked in China (tested from within Shanghai without VPN).
