UAC/Admin elevated privileges

I haven't fully tested this - but I feel this isnt going to work for a lot of existing AT solutions which often run as admin or with UAC. As such, we might need to add: https://github.com/Preston-Landers/pyuac#pyuac---python-user-access-control-for-windows

Hey @willwade , can you share some examples of existing Assisted tech solutions where this wouldn't work?

Smartbox Grid 3, TobiiDynavox communicator, MindExpress, nuvoice. All of them run full screen and won’t accept emulated actions unless as admin. If you window them you can do sometimes get it to work but they’re not designed as windowed apps
