Better part fields framework

We probably want to have a richer way to define fields on parts. Something that's easy to handle and inherit from.

Potential fields:

  • value
  • part_number
  • populated
  • datasheet
  • manufacturer
  • custom ones? some parts want more fields: resistors have tolerances
