Android: When either email action is chosen, ask if they want to email Paco-team or the resaercher

Should this be a choice given to the user? Perhaps it makes more sense to always email the researcher, and they can forward to paco-team if needed. Or we bury the paco-team link somewhere else that would be more appropriate for advanced technical issues. The concern would be that users get confused and email us instead of researchers, or v.v. Alternatively, could also cc paco-team.

We currently have a small percentage of misdirected messages presently but there are also messages that should go to paco-users and we want people to easily reach us (the paco-team). So, while we have separate email links in the Android app, it is not sufficient to correctly route all cases. This should accomplish both types of communication unambiguously.
