Use `transitivedependency` enricher for transitive extraction for requirements.txt

Currently, OSV-Scanner depends on requirementsnet extractor for transitive extraction for requirements.txt.

However, OSV-Scalibr is migrating to use transitivedependency enricher for this purpose.

We probably should migrate requirementsenhancable to use the enricher as well.
