Stable container images are not tagged
The latest release on ghcr.io is always tagged latest, including any beta releases, this is to be expected.
However, it would be desirable if the latest stable release would also be tagged stable.
In the context of the new beta 2.0.0 release, which does not have full feature parity with the previous release yet, a stable tag on 1.9.2 would be beneficial to users of the osv-scanner image who rely on it in their pipelines for instance.
I manually tagged 1.9.2 to be stable, but ideally we want to automate this in the release workflow.

Yes, this issue is still available (I believe it's actually incorrectly tagged right now), if we can add the stable tag to the release workflow as well via goreleaser that'll be great!
