Update JDK 15 to JDK 17 to analyze projects in the Java language

Many projects use newer versions of JDK and therefore cannot use your product for code analysis. Please update the JDK (java-15-openjdk-amd64) to JDK 17 version (java-17-openjdk-amd64).
