The ability to spin up a response environment in Azure

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

Similar to the init-gke.sh script for bootstrapping a GKE cluster, create a script that can help bootstrap a Azure AKS cluster and create the required IAM account and equivalent NFS fileshare

We should also consider having a internet connectivity option which can help with automating the DNS setup (via route 53) and certificate creation for the domain (if a k8s equivalent is not available similar to here)
