Conan's LLVM does not support compressed ElfFiles

The following tests will fail:

ElfFile.GetDeclarationLocationOfFunctionLibc
ElfFile.GetLocationOfFunctionLibc
ElfFile.GetLocationOfFunctionNoSubroutine

For the windows build, I will temporarily disable the three tests. This issue should also remind us to re-enable these tests as soon as the error is fixed.
