Blank icon preview for Info Outline icon in Sharp set

Having an outline version of the "info" icon would be very useful for our interfaces – as mentioned in #810, the Error and Info icons are extremely similar.

I was excited to see an Info Outline variant to help solve this (so that info icons would be much "lighter weight" visually), but the icon itself seems to be a blank circle with no "i" inside of it. When I download the SVG file, the icon appears correctly, but in the preview (see screenshot) there's a blank, filled circle.

@EsoFromTheEast Looking way upstream at source SVG delivered from the designer, as best as I can tell this was fine. And user says the downloaded SVG was fine. Can you look into this? EDIT: Never mind! I found the problem. Apologies for not poking the outlines hard enough to figure it out.

This is a slightly different symptom, but essentially the same cause I describe in #1034 (you'll see that the Sharp “info_outline” is listed in my report there).

Just to clarify, the problem is caused by duplicated contours in the SVG source files for the specified glyphs. In some environments these render OK, but in others… not so much.
