[Submission list] Replace submission list rows with previews of completed forms

We want to do this because:

• The current observation list doesn't show much of the data in the observation, only 3-4 fields max. This may not be enough to get a sense of what's in the observation.
• Besides contributor and timestamp, there's no common identifying about an observation we can show. Showing more of the form will provide more context.
• We expect the number of observations per place to be low, so the additional vertical height required shouldn't be an issue.

@sergeydolgov1 Do you think this is a worthwhile improvement? In most (or all) cases, the user would no longer need to tap through to a separate screen to view observation details.

@gino-m I think this can have lower priority unless we can make small improvements quickly.

Some suggestions:

• Since it is a Preview card, it needs to contain only a few items and provide just enough information
• Preview card need to show only responses to Required/mandatory questions (as specified by Project manager)
• We can try to remove Column headers and keep only answers to Required questions in the card so that it would like like this:

Ground User - Date, Time Answer 1; Answer 2; Answer 3...
