[LOI Card] Allow data collectors to edit their LOIs and submissions

To consider if there should be a time limit on these edits. Or certain compliance actions that make it no longer editable, like an export to Whisp/EUDR. Q: Should this be done on the platform side or the app? To consider if just asking to enter a new entry again is sufficient (at least in the meantime)?

Perhaps adding "Delete" would be sufficient?
