Risk evaluation on the spot

Hi,

I know it's been discussed that Ground for Android is fundamentally a survey app and not made for the analysis.

Regardless, I got a request whether it could be made visible in the app, which Whisp risk category a freshly recorded plot falls into ('low risk', 'high risk', 'more info needed'). Seeing that we already had Whisp links generated for geometries in the Web console before, I assume it's not completely unfeasible?

Anyway, low priority.
