google-java-format-region always format the whole buffer

This is found in the emacs package,

Now, command google-java-format-region always formats the whole buffer, the current active region seems being omitted and didn't take into consideration.

Tried to look into and understand the code, but didn't find anything I could find out..

Can help to look into it?
