Handle path patterns like /v1/{name=user/messages/*}

Before, a path pattern like

/api/v1/{name=workspace/settings/*}

would generate a path like

/api/v1/workspace/{workspace}/*

now it generates

/api/v1/workspace/settings/{setting}
