Couldn't get framebuffer attachment

When trying to access framebuffers, GAPID reports this:

Couldn't get framebuffer attachment

  • Cause: Failed to connect to device
  • Cause: Getting gapid.apk files directory
  • Cause: Process returned error
  • Cause: exit status 255

Tested on Windows 10 with Samsung Galaxy S5, S6 and S8

Hi, could you please detail when this does happen: is it when you open a trace you have just captured?

Also, please provide the gapic.log and gapis.log files that are in Help -> Open Log Directory
