Update AFL++, fix MOpt

The MOpt fuzzer commit is outdated and does not contain an important bug fix ... from 2021 :-)

Also updated AFL++ to newest version and clarified documentation.

It appears all CI tests failed due to a command issue. Have you had a chance to test these changes in another PR?
