best_practice.md references internal GoogleLogger instead of public FluentLogger

Either best_practice.md should be internal to Google only, or it should be setup in a way so g3docs reads it as GoogleLogger but exporting to github only shows FluentLogger.

100% agreed. I'm looking at ways to easily convert from one to the other.

If we can literally do s/GoogleLogger/FluentLogger/g, it might be as simple as adding an entry to the string_replacements section of the MOE config.
