Document which schema changes will preserve source compatibility

I could not find any documentation in the FlatBuffers documentation about which schema changes will preserve source compatibility, i.e. API compatibility for the generated APIs, and which will not, or on how this varies by target language. I think it would be helpful to add such documentation.
