Skybox broken on Windows/Intel/OpenGL

Describe the bug Skybox is only rendered in the top-right quadrant when running on Windows/Intel HD530 with the OpenGL backend on Filament v.1.50.4

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run gltf_viewer on Windows.

Expected behavior Skybox should be rendered across the entire viewport.
