Is there a phonetic Thai keyboard available anywhere?

is there a phonetic or transliteration keyboard for Thai like is available for Japanese, Hebrew, & Greek that will work on chrome os? If not is there a trick to memorizing the layout?

The Thai IME in Google Translate is available in a Chrome extension called Google Input Tools.

There is also a good typing trainer at thai-notes. I've learned it recently but I can't get over the fact that it's just so unergonomic, and it's also very easy to make mistakes.
