Improve error reporting in Fusion UI

Often when a build is running, it will change the status to "Blocked" or "Error" which will be displayed. However, users have to use a command line tool or read logs to find the actual problem, such as "Out of disk space". This should be reported through the UI by double clicking on a "Blocked" or "Error" build.

@tst-ccamp is this still an issue? You can view the error logs by double-clicking the word "Blocked". Does that accomplish the goal of the ticket?
