gerasterextract is not installed by default

Maybe I'm wrong here but in my version (based on 5.3.1) gerasterextract is not installed by default into /opt/google/bin. Running it - it crashes (core dump) - probably this is the reason why it's not included in the install process. However, when I remove this line (To be honest I don't know why it was there in the first place) things look working.

I don't have much experience with this environment so I'm publishing this issue as this tool is important for my fusion management scripts.

The line you pointed out does seem unnecessary. If you like, you can submit a fix to remove that line and include gerasterextract in the install.
