Integration test for genewimageryresource utility

Create an integration test for the genewimageryresource command, which is located in /opt/google/bin. For the initial pass you can keep it fairly simple to test to make sure the resource is created in /gevol/assets in the path that you specify. Feel free to include other test cases that you think would be useful. The integration tests are located here and use the Gauge framework.
