Please include missing man files

Hello, while packing draco for Fedora Linux, the tarball misses man files for the binaries for UNIX terminals. It will be great to include them. Easier way to create them is via help2man command with output like draco_decoder.1 and {name}_encoder.1

The Draco project has never shipped manual pages. What are you looking for?

Maintaining a dump of the usage text from the command line utilities for generation of manual pages doesn't seem useful or worth the resources involved.

When submitting a packaged draco for review on Fedora Linux, one of reviewers asked about getting a manual pages for users running on terminal and to adhere to Fedora packaging guideline. As I learned about a script like help2man (highlighted above) generating a manual and got informed the project never provided since inception, the request deemed unnecessary.
