Draco 1.5.6 wasm loading fails on iPhone 6 IOS 12.5.5

Since version 1.5.6 draco wasm loading fails on iPhone 6 IOS 12.5.5 with following error:

failed to asynchronously prepare wasm: Error:
WebAssembly.Module doesn't parse at byte 58: invalid opcode 192, in function at index 16

I've tested previous versions and noticed that 1.5.1 fails to load with the same error, while other versions from 1.4.1 to 1.5.5 load properly without no issues.

All tested files were loaded from cdn https://www.gstatic.com/draco/versioned/decoders/1../

The issue persists in 1.5.7.
