[UG] Included pages shouldn't be published

The include-file feature uses includes, but these show up in the published UG but shouldn't. For example:

• http://localhost:1313/docs/adding-content/shortcodes/includes/installation/

The fix is simple: to add appropriate build directives to ensure the included files are not published.
