support host names defined in ~/.ssh/config

alias configured in ssh_config should be honored when used in lium as network host name.

After doing some basic code crawling and cleanup, I think this is what I'll do first as my starter issue

We discussed offline we think it would be better to have lium have it's own config kv pairs of names to IP/ports rather than conflate with ssh config. We can also add a command/flag to sync/check with ssh config if desired. I'll file a new issue for that and mention this one so they are linked
